These sparkly stunners are the perfect NYE treat. After making the prosecco caramel sauce, take a Cosmic Crisp® apple and flip it over so that you are looking at the bottom of the apple.
Using a kitchen spoon, spread the prosecco caramel sauce on the bottom of the apple and let it drip down the sides until halfway to the stem end. Sprinkle the caramel-covered apple with edible glitter, if you desire. Set aside.
Then, take a real twig and brush it with egg wash. Dip the twig in sparkling sugar. Insert the twig into the core of the apple.
