Lemon and Cosmic Crisp® Apple Sorbet – Ninja Creami Recipe

Ingredients

1 Cosmic Crisp® Apple, peeled, cored, and cut into cubes
1 large (or two small) lemons, juiced
Zest from 1 lemon
2 tbsp honey
1 cup water
Ninja Creami Machine

Directions

Combine all fo the ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint jar, and freezer for 24 hours.
Place the pint jar into the machine and select the sorbet setting. After the cycle ends, check the consistency. If it is still crumbly/icy, hit the re-spin setting and spin again.
The consistency should be smooth like sorbet.
Scoop and serve with desired toppings, or make it boozy and top with a little prosecco!
