Cosmic Crisp® Tropical Popsicles -Two Ways!

Directions:

  1. Pour canned coconut cream into an ice cube mold and place into the freezer overnight.
  2. To make the popsicles, combine all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth.
  3. Carefully pour into a popsicle mold, and place into the freezer overnight.
  4. Remove from the mold when ready to serve and enjoy!

  • 5 frozen coconut cream cubes
  • 12 oz frozen pineapple
  • 1 Cosmic Crisp® Apple, diced
  • 1 tsp hibiscus tea
  • 6 oz coconut water
  • 6 oz pineapple juice
Tropical Boozy Popsicles Made with Hard Cider
  • 5 frozen coconut cream cubes
  • 12 oz frozen pineapple
  • 1 Cosmic Crisp® Apple, diced
  • 1 tsp hibiscus tea
  • 1 can Two Towns Tropical Cosmic Crisp® Cider
