Place the sliced strawberries and honey into a cocktail shaker. Add grapefruit juice.
Fill container with ice. Shake until well chilled.
Divide between three stemless wine glasses.
Pour 1/3 of the can of the cider into each glass.
Place 9-10 slices of Cosmic Crisp® in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Muddle them well. Add the strawberries, honey, and grapefruit and apple juices.
Fill the container with ice. Shake until well chilled.
Divide the shaker between three stemless wine glasses. Divide the wine among the glasses as well.
Top off each with the seltzer.
Garnish the spritzers evenly with the Cosmic Crisp® slices.
Makes 3 spritzers with one can of 2 Towns Ciderhouse Cosmic Crisp® Cider
- 4 to 5 ripe strawberries, sliced
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ½ cup grapefruit juice
- (1) 12-ounce can 2 Towns Ciderhouse Cosmic Crisp® Cider
- OR a combination of
- ¼ cup apple juice
- ½ cup dry white wine, such as Sauvignon Blanc
- 1 cup chilled seltzer
- Half of one Cosmic Crisp® apple, cut into thin slices plus more for garnish
