Ingredients

Makes 3 spritzers with one can of 2 Towns Ciderhouse Cosmic Crisp® Cider

  • 4 to 5 ripe strawberries, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ½ cup grapefruit juice
  • (1) 12-ounce can 2 Towns Ciderhouse Cosmic Crisp® Cider
  • OR a combination of
    • ¼ cup apple juice
    • ½ cup dry white wine, such as Sauvignon Blanc
    • 1 cup chilled seltzer
  • Half of one Cosmic Crisp® apple, cut into thin slices plus more for garnish

Directions

  • Place the sliced strawberries and honey into a cocktail shaker. Add grapefruit juice.
  • Fill container with ice. Shake until well chilled.
  • Divide between three stemless wine glasses.
  • Pour 1/3 of the can of the cider into each glass.

OR

  • Place 9-10 slices of Cosmic Crisp® in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Muddle them well. Add the strawberries, honey, and grapefruit and apple juices.
  • Fill the container with ice. Shake until well chilled.
  • Divide the shaker between three stemless wine glasses. Divide the wine among the glasses as well.
  • Top off each with the seltzer.
  • Garnish the spritzers evenly with the Cosmic Crisp® slices.
  • Serve immediately.

Ingredients:
🍎 2 Cosmic Crisp® Apples
🍎 3 Tbsp Maple Syrup or Honey
🍎 1/3 Cup Milk of Choice
🍎 2 Eggs
🍎 1 Cup Plain Flour
🍎 2 Tsp Baking Powder
🍎 1 Tsp Cinnamon Powder
🍎 Oil for Frying

Instructions:
1. Peel, core and dice your apples into small pieces. Place them in a large bowl.
2. Add the syrup, milk and eggs, stirring well.
3. Next, add the flour, baking powder and cinnamon powder. Stir well to combine and set aside.
4. Heat oil in a frying over medium heat. Once it’s hot, turn it to low to prevent the fritters from burning and the insides uncooked.
5. Scoop and transfer the batter to the pan, and fry both sides until golden brown.
6. Serve warm with some syrup, cinnamon sugar or powdered sugar. Enjoy!
