- 4 cups Bibb or Boston lettuce, leaves torn
- 1 Cosmic Crisp® apple, cored and thinly sliced into wedges
- ¼ cup thinly sliced celery
- ½ bulb fennel, thinly sliced plus fronds
- 1/3 cup toasted hazelnuts, coarsely chopped
- ¾ cup low fat buttermilk
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- 1 tablespoon chopped tarragon
- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
In a large bowl, combine all salad ingredients.
In a small bowl, whisk ingredients for the dressing and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle dressing over salad, toss well until fully coated. Serve immediately or chill until serving time.
