6 tortillas — flour, corn or whole wheat
12-16 oz shredded cheddar or your favorite cheese
2 Cosmic Crisp® apples, cored and thinly sliced
2 tablespoons butter
Option #1: Sprinkle 2–3 tablespoons cheese over one half of the tortilla. Place several apple slices, barely overlapping, on top of cheese, then sprinkle 2 more tablespoons of cheese on top of the apples and fold tortilla in half. Repeat with remaining tortillas. Melt half of the butter in a skillet over medium heat and cook as many tortillas that fit until cheese melts on first side, turn until cheese is melted on second side. Add the rest of the butter and repeat with remaining tortillas.
Option #2: 2-3 tablespoons cheese over entire tortilla. Cover with apple slices, barely overlapping, on top of the cheese, then sprinkle 2-3 more tablespoons of cheese on top of the apples. Place a second tortilla on top, and cook the same as Option #1.
Both options: cut into wedges, serve warm.
