Cosmic Crisp® Apple Monkey Bread


  • 2 cans store bought biscuit dough, cut into quarters
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 1 Cosmic Crisp® Apple, diced into ¼”-½” cubes
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup salted butter


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a bundt pan or medium baking dish.
  2. Mix the cinnamon and white sugar. Fold an apple cube into a piece of the quartered dough. Roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture, and place into your lightly greased bundt pan.
  3. Repeat with the remaining biscuit dough and apples.
  4. Melt the butter and mix with the brown sugar. Pour over the dough in the baking dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown and the apple pieces are tender when poked with a fork.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes, then carefully flip out of the pan onto your serving platter. Don’t wait longer than 5 minutes after it comes out of the oven to flip, otherwise the sugar will harden and it won’t come out clean.
  7. Let cool for about 15 minutes before serving and enjoy!
